I do recommend these to anyone who wants boots for a kickin' (No pun intended) cosplay or if you're just an enthusiast for boots. I will say that while using them they tend to make jeans ride-up at the knee and you can feel the back of the boot right on the back of your knee in a scraping motion. Not painful just really noticeable. It might take just a few tries to get used to and once broken in I'm hoping it won't be as bad. The belt-like straps ACTUALLY WORK! I was prepared for these to be zip-ups BUT THE STRAPS ACTUALLY WORK! That's awesome! Ill be posting a pick of them in cosplay gear and then once I break them in, I'll update this so confirm the existence of the back of the knee bit or to erase it entirely.Thanks for helping me find these Amazon!

It's very good for costumes however there is ZERO foot support. I suggest that you buy insoles for them

The boots looked awesome. I did however have to add an insole in order to make them more comfortable. In their defense, my feet are semi-flat footed, so it wasn't the shoes fault. The sole was much better than the boots I got last year that were extremely flimsy. These were great with my insoles. I would recommend this product.

Middle part is not a separate tongue but sewn all the way up on both sides, so when buckled the middle is weirdly wrinkled. Material looks good but soles squeak on tile and hardwood floors.

Went with a large and fit well. Had enough room for a good insole. The outsole is holding up well. For a costume boot, they are great quality. Only concern is the buckles/straps are flimsy. Probably won't last long. But worth every penny.

Looking at it and touching it with your hands, you would think this should cost $30 at MOST. Not $85. They feel like they can start to rip apart at any moment. Also if you usually buy wide shoes, dont get these. They are very narrow.

I was very satisfied with these boots. They are everything I thought they would be, down from comfortable fit down to nice and secure. I did wonder how they would stay on my feet without laces but the leather straps can be tighten as much as you feel comfortable. I gave these 5 stars because I will definitely never regret buying this product and would recommend it to anyone who loves this style of footwear.
