Finally, a delicious gluten free cornbread mix!

This is the BEST tasting gluten free cornbread mix that I've been able to find. It is extremely easy to make. The only thing that keeps me from buying it all the time is the high price per box. Therefore, I can only make it for special occasions.

This mix is really fantastic. We used it to make corn bread crumbs for Thanksgiving dressing. It was a little too sweet so we combined with a gluten free multigrain bread that we bought at the store. But the sweetness of the bread would pair nicely with a spicy tomato chili. The baked bread has a nice crunchy crumb.

Tasty and arrived on time in good condition.

I have tried many GF cornbread mixes over the years and this is the best to date. Good flavor and texture.Freezes well is you want to bake ahead.

This gluten-free cornbread mix is just okay. Very crumbly which is common with gluten free products, but we just weren't crazy about the flavor--almost tastes too cake-like, too sweet, but not a good cornbread flavor for those of us who remember the gluten variety of cornbread.

This cornbread is easy to make. Use butter to grease the pan for better flavor. We find that the baking time is a few minutes longer than the box states.

Second time purchasing, though first time was in a gift shop in a car dealership. Best cornbread ever, even when compared to cornbread containing gluten, according to my family and friends.
