To soften put in bathroom while showering OR put in dryer with wet towel for a few minutes. 3 minutes was perfect and it fluffed up my Belle costume perfectly. This is also great for my vintage dresses. Sweet seller to include instructions. Great for the price. I am 5"11 and 175lbs (sounds heavy but I am slim, just tall) I got small/ medium and it is perfect. Thanks loves.
