i would not recommend this for women
i would not recommend this for women. I'm 5'1 and the armband is too large for me, i need to sew it in order for it to fit my arm. But the quality is good enough for the price.

Just What I needed!
This item was exactly what is was looking for. Stays put even as I am swinging my arms. Now I can be completely hands free as I enjoy my power walk. I am even thinking this will be handy as I clean the house and move from room to room. Working in the garage, in the yard. Pretty much any activity besides walking.

Too small, not stretchy, apt to drop your iPod.
Just terrible.1) It's too small for an average-sized adult male.2) The band doesn't stretch at all.3) The top of the iPod holder is open! If you move around/exercise with it, it's apt to fall out. (I put my iPod on "upside-down" so I can more easily read the display).Spend a little more -- like I'm going to now -- and get one that is larger, stretchier, and won't drop your iPod!
