Great product. Few cons, Worth trying.
I have used these for several months to give them a good thorough test for this review. And I can say that I have not been disappointed in the least. They are comfortable, fit well, absorb a decent amount And keep you feeling dry. They hold up fairly well during activity, the padding does great wicking up and fluid and using the available padding, great odor control. And I have not experience any leaks and under jeans they are pretty descrete for how much they absorb as they don't dramatically swell. I would say these easily absorb 20+ ouncesPro: holds together well, comfortable, good keep dry layer, easily adjustable, quiet and fairly descrete for absorbency. Pretty much everything in description above.Cons: since purchasing cost per diaper has gone up $.27 each by the case. The padding is really stiff out of the bag, massage them a bit before putting it on and all is well. (Pretty small issue personally)

Loyal customer, these diapers WORK!!
I bought these diapers from a sample I got from the company with my original diapers that I order from them & yes they are 5 stars too. I only switched to these diapers because the next size up from my original diapers are too big for my special needs teenaged daughter. She'S small but not large, kinda in the middle. These diapers fit better & are a much cheaper in price which is why I switched to these diapers. They do the same job as the previous diapers I had. I wish more came in the pack like 25 but I guess the cost would go up then. lol. Overall, I have been buying diapers, cloths & chucks from this company & have been very happy. No leaks, no accidents & they even work with her ladies days (her cycle) as I call it. Soft & quiet diapers. They have become the new ones for now until she needs to move up into the next size. Which btw she weighs 68lbs her waist is 29 inch and she is a lil under 5ft tall very small for her age but they fit her to a T. I love them & I'm positive that you will too. Hope this helps someone. Take care.

Good Product!
The quality is Great! The outer lining is soft and rustle free while giving you that "breathable" feel. The inner lining is very soft and doesn't irritate the skin and the stand up leak guards work great. The tabs are bigger and allow for a secure hold over and over. This brief is Thick and performs with the very best. It can handle several wettings without any leaks and it does a very nice job of keeping moisture away from the skin. The leak guards do a good job of containing any stool or urine. Odor control is great for urine and not so good for stool (as expected with a cloth-like brief). The reason I gave it four stars is because the brief is pretty stiff and is some-what unforgiving between the legs (matter of opinion). I will certainly be purchasing these again for nighttime use.

I love these diapers
We have been ordering diapers from Northshore supply for over two years, and received these as a sample new product. I love these diapers. My son has cerebral palsy and is 12. These diapers actually can last him through the entire school day without wetting through, which is nice because there is not always a convenient place to change him. And literally they are so well constructed...we really can't even smell the poop through them, which is really nice for a kid going into his teenage years not to smell. We use these only for school days or when we are going out somewhere for a long period of time...and use the thinner cheaper diapers for home and sleeping.I would highly recommend other families of special needs kids give these a try. They are bulky and more expensive...but really worth it.

GREAT DIAPER!!!
I am very happy with these diapers. As others said in reviews I have a disabled daughter that does not fit a small adult and is in the last size 7 of pampers. Pampers work good for during the day but NOT at night. These Northshore diapers with a extra long pad inside work great as when she goes to sleep and her body is at complete rest seems it expels a lot of urine and these diapers REALLY COVER WELL, gives ample ROOM to absorb, and eliminates so much wetness outside the diaper and I am VERY HAPPY!!!

NorthShore AirSupreme Briefs, Large, Pack/15
I tried the samples Northshore sent me (thank you by the way) they were goodso I bought the 15 pack. They hold a lot and are not noisy. I don't like they onlyhave two tabs but I can live with that being they are so comfortable.Since I received the 15 pack I'm not as happy as I was when I tried the samples. They don't stay tight around your waist and when they are loose around your waistthey leak.I started to order the Wellness something diaper with the plastic the onesthe astronauts use. I receive one type the first time I like those but then a differenttype with the second order. I didn't like the second ones they were different from myfirst order.Wish they still made the Depends with the 6 tabs and the elastic band around thefront and back. The Refastable with the 4 tabs suck.

very soft and comfortable inside and out
Pros: Very, very soft and comfortable inside and out, velcro tapes make the diaper extremely quiet and easy to change. Much better than Abenas' implementation. Very high capacity, can surely last someone with heavy incontinence and some.Cons: Mediums do not fit well--Instead, feeling tight on a 35" waist. If you're on the upper end of the size spectrum, I wouldn't recommend them. No front or rear waistbands.Despite the cons, would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs a diaper that isn't an Abena M4--These are much better. However, this is a personal gripe: They are very thick. Otherwise, great diapers.

tapes suck
they claim to have ajustable tapes, but they really don't. I really prefer the Velcro type tapes on cloth backed diapers.
