I have a big head, like literally a huge head. I'm a big guy in general (6'3") so I'm used to not finding things in my size. My head won't fit in the one-size fits all or XL fitted hats with this elastic band. The biggest they sell at most retail mall hat stores is 8. I'm from MN and wanted a fitted Twins hat and found 8 too be a little snug. I was happy to find this one in 8 1/8 size. It looks nice and has broken in really nicely. I wear it pretty often and have gotten compliments. It is the same style as the players wear on the field. I actually bought a second one as I have learned that if I find something I like in an odd size I should have a backup as they tend to stop making stuff like this.Regardless of your head size, this is a good buy (and cheaper than most retail stores)!

Nice quality and fits snug. Brim of the hat can be adjusted between straight and more bent.Wear this in the rain and snow, no issues with it drying out and retaining its shape.In terms of cleaning I find that soaking the hat in cold soapy water is the best. You can take a toothbrush to scrub any stains. Some people suggest sticking it in the dishwasher, haven't tried this for cleaning purposes.

If you are a fan of the Miami Marlins than this will make a great purchase and or gift.

What's there to really say about New Era caps... they fit really well, they wick moisture and the wool surprisingly doesn't make your head hot like some other hats can. The stitching is excellent as well. I wear my hats hard and don't baby them like some other people are known to do and New Era has always been a long lasting hat.

I bought this hat because I love the team, their colors, and their logo. After having this hat for about a year now, I'd say it's my favorite hat. However, the reviews on here about the size being wrong are true. I feel like at some point around 2-3 years ago, New Era started either changing their sizing or started making the hats too big for the size. I own two other hats size 7 3/4, and they've always fit and are actually starting to be semi-tight these days.From my personal experience, this hat seemed big at first, but began to fit better after wearing it for awhile and breaking it in. Basically, if it's SLIGHTLY too big, I'd say the hat is fine and you don't have to worry about returning it because it's nice to have wiggle room. Obviously if it's way too big, return it.

I'm a big fan of straight bills. I was planning to wear this one that way, but it didn't fit well and left a big mark on my forehead. Finally I gave in and bent the bill slightly. It fits perfectly now. I think it actually looks better too.

Decent hat but the bill quality is very poorly made. I tried curving the bill but... Needless to say, I was unsuccessful. The bill literally folded in three spots and flops around now. Very disappointed but I can't complain too bad, just out of $30...

This is not the hat in the picture. The hat has one round sticker in the middle of the hats bill. It is made in the USA. It is of superb quality. It is a heavy duty hat. The fabric is heavy. It feels great on my cranium. The hat was $10.01 off the regular price. I figured it was going to be a lesser quality hat. I figured incorrectly. It is the genuine on field, authentic collection, and made in the USA hat.
