Remember to spin the wheel on set-up to charge.
The media could not be loaded. Surfwheel is awesome. Set-up isn't clear enough in instructions. Plug in charger, press the one button and remember to spin the wheel. Once you do this, your board will start to charge. I was scratching my head for ages thinking the board was broken, it's not it's fine. Instructions DO NOT MENTION TO DO THIS. THE WEBSITE DOES THOUGH THANKFULLY.

This is the second order I made with this company as the first one didn’t work.This order never arrived, saying it was stuck at customs, had to ask for another refund.The company asked if I would like another one sent as an apology, which I agreed to and when that one arrived it still wouldn’t charge and was faulty and can’t be picked up on Bluetooth either.
