Ordered it twice. First time came with broken neck. Second time with glass defect. Would not recomend.

there are better options-cheap handling part
This filter, glass combo is a great product - as an idea - I enjoy this type of filtering and preparing coffee. Filter is good too. But the problem is the design - that plastic wood imitation and a fake leather attachment do not make it look any better, quite the opposite due to being a bad imitation, it looks worse. But more importantly, after 2nd-3rd use that attachments came out broken, and I have to now remember to hold the vase with a cloth not to burn my hand.. and the look is weird now since nowhere as a handle for a hot liquid containing thing..Price very expensive for what it is, I missed return window
