It's too big for mi forearm. The buckle is too big. If you want a survival kit you better get a necklace with a fire starter.

Amazing product. I've been using it for while now and it's really well made and very handy if need to start a fire or use the whistle to alert others.

The bracelet seems well made. Reasons for lower rating are: 1) the fire starter is extremely difficult to use. It took MULTIPLE tries from my husband (& a friend) to get it to finally start sparking, which in my opinion isn't what I want to be dealing with if in an emergency. 2) the whistle is just ok...nothing amazing but would work I guess if need be. 3) because the clasp has to be rather long to accommodate the whistle and fire starter, it does not fit around the wrist comfortable...so it would be highly suggested to order the larger size. For me it doesn't matter because I will just be placing it in a backpack. Overall - it IS well made but some of those things could be better ... Or easier to use/wear.

As most of the reviews and the product description will get into the practical applications I will leave that part to them. But I will say that this bracelet isn't just functional its very cool looking on your wrist and people will ask you about it when they see it. And at this price your getting your moneys worth.

Is too small for my wrist. It is not 9"

It was my idea to get these for hiking and even though I measured my wrist and ordered size up it still didn't fit! I will attach to backpack because I still think it is very useful in emergency and if I'm ever stranded for weeks it will fit, ha ha ha

Received my Survival Gear Authority- paracord survival bracelet today and I was very impressed with the quality! Nothing cheap about the bracelet except for the price!!!!!! Highly recommend :-)

The flint striker is painted and makes it hard to get sparks. Also the Sparks that you get aren't a lot and would probably not work at all if you need it in an emergency. It's a good idea but would actually work better if it was made with quality materials.i gave it 3 stars because the para cord is actually useful.
