BITTERSWEET HERB FARM Wasabi Ginger Finishing Sauce, 9 OZ

It is an unusual sauce. I like its unique taste. I generally add it to my spinach, chicken and strawberry salad, add nuts cranberries and blue cheese. Yum. Came across this sauce on a visit to NC wine oil and vinegar type store. Now I can't do without it. Because of the high cost of shipping, I tend to purchase four bottles at one go. You need only a smidgen for flavor!

Delicious!! Great for on beef and seafood. Steaks and salmon are amazing with this sauce. Fast delivery and packaged well.

This is the best finishing sauce. It's not hot like wasabi but had a bit of a kick. Good on most any meats

Had I had known that this product was composed of canola oil which appears to be in all inferior products that the industry tries to pull over your eyes and get away with a cheaper oil, I would not have ordered it and it is going into the garbage where it belongs.

Use it as finishing sauce for vegetables, especially green beans and cauliflower - also as marinade for grilled or baked salmon.

This is the best marinade that I have found for tuns! Excellent flavor as a marinade or to dip in
