Will never buy this again!
If only I could give it zero stars, I would. Terrible product. Didn't last a month.

Hard to Connect
This unit will not connect to our existing Shortel system. We have called Shortel to help, but they can't even find a fix to help connect it. I am sending it back.

Not compatible with ShoreTel pure VoIP solution
Incompatible with ShoreTel Sky VOIP system unless you happen to have the ShoreTel hardware in your office. Cannot use with pure VoIP solution. Would be nice if that were in the description.

Have used this model for years. Great sound quality and reliability. If it's incompatible with your system that doesn't mean it's a 1 or 0 star product; it means you didn't verify compatibility before ordering.
