Prevue Pet Products Cuttlebone Small 4-5 Inch 2-Pack

This product arrived in a paper envelope. That is a potential problem because the product is so crumbly. It is very small and the attachment did not go far enough to attach to the side of my bird cage. It was crumbly as I was try to attach it. My bird went right to it and was using it immediately. It did not take very long for it to crumble into the bottom of the cage. The price was very low so I got my kidneys worth. Overall the bird got to use it and that was the point. If you need a product for a quick fix and your in a pinch this is the product to get. Otherwise spend more on a linger lasting product.

This product was delivered earlier than the estimated delivery date, which made me very happy. (I love receiving packages!) Umm, It didn't look like the picture, and only one of the cuttlebones had the metal attached to it. I guess I can just reuse the metal to attach the other one after the birds are done with it. My two parakeets seem to like eating it, but they don't eat it that much. I would recommend this item.

It's pretty cute to watch them fight over who gets a turn. They seem to enjoy the product a lot which made me happy.4 stars because sometimes it's hard for it to stay on sturdy it wobbled a little in the beginning. Don't know if it's because it's a horizontal cage.

I ordered this item and it came very quickly. However I did not get the item that is pictured. I ordered this one because it had two separate cuttlebones with the attachment piece. Since I have two parakeet cages I preferred to have two attachments but this pack only came with one attachment so I have to purchase another set so both parakeets have a cuttlebone.

Our zebra finches love this cuttlebone. They were constantly using it before, almost arguing over who got it next. Once they had a clutch, we had to put two in the cage because they couldn't get enough of it. It has no smell, and it's keeping their whole family healthy. It takes a little skill to hang them up so the birds don't knock them out of the holders (picture a typewriter or eating corn on the cob; they knock them out while pecking), but once you get it, they stay put.

Double check to make sure you are receiving the product AS SHOWN, each cuttlebone with its OWN prong to fasten it to the cage.

My 6 month old male cockatiel likes to eat this one only and i figured this out by buying another one thinking i could make buy a large size so he can't finish it up too quickly but unfortunately i has throw those larg ones out and buy these ones for him.

This is a must for bird healt. I don't think everyone knows this. My cockatiel is 20 years old and she always has a fresh cuttlebone. Good quality/very fresh product from Prevue. I was tempted to sample it myself. Good price too.
