I ordered this for my insomniac mother. The first time she took it, ut didn't work at all, as she drank only half. The next night she was already tired and i told her to down the whole bottle; the recommended dose; which she did. It made her mouth dry, her mind awake while her body was sluggish. She felt nauseated and listless the next day. It also aggravated her ulcer. I took one as well the first night and i had a restless sleep and woke up with a dry mouth and felt listless the whole day. Not recommended.

It's just awesome. No side effects. U get up fresh. It's a little bit on the expensive side but it's worth the money. No addictions. My sleep pattern changed within a fortnight. I sleep well now.
