Great lubricant for e-stim
This Electrosex Gel offers a generous supply of very slippery and electricity conducting lubricant for most e-stim activities. It has a nice cap that opens with a thumb push allowing you to apply the gel precisely and with the exact amount you want. And it works. Very slippery and very conductive of electricity. Even without any electric activities, it is a good lubricant and cleans up easily with soap and water.

I agree with the use but never use it.
I haven't found a metal electrode that doesn't feel like pinching. I've not needed it with a tens unit which I prefer. I definitely do get some boring sensations when not using it.

Okay I guess
Since I bought this product to go with the Zeus Arcana electro Vibe wand and that device has not worked well, I haven't had a chance to try the gel

Avoid, avoid, avoid!
I am giving this 1 star because zero stars is not an option. This gave me an allergic reaction and internal chemical burn that took over a month to heal and required 2 urgent care visits. I love the brands e-stim toys but this is an abomination to intersex and afab anatomy. Avoid avoid avoid! This belongs in the trash which is where mine ended up.
