I've had this sauce a few times when the classic rooster sauce was either out of stock at the store or I was looking for something else.It has great flavor and just the right amount of spice for using liberally on things like pizza, pasta, eggs, hash browns, avocado, you name it.Probably not as spicy as some others but that's OK. I rate it right up there with Tabasco's Sriracha in terms of flavor and spice level. Yum!

When you open the bottle you definitely get the smell of chili pepper and garlic, both of which I love. The flavor is not one I've come across in a commercially prepared sauce, which was a nice change. It has a clean, straightforward flavor and brings the heat, which is not overpowering, and slowly simmers down to a gentle burn. I can't wait to try this on ramen, burgers, broth, fries, a kicked up salad.... very pleased with this purchase.

Great clean ingredients and tastes better than any other I’ve purchased. Will be venturing to try their other products, too. I love the size of the bottle- it’s a good amount but not so much it crowds your refrigerator shelves.

The taste is good, the ingredients are better than most other brands, but I wish it didn’t have sugar. I’ll probably start making my own, but I’d continue buying this if it didn’t have sugar.

This is really tasty. A decent amount of heat and not as sweet as the one that you find in most pho restaurants.If only used occasionally, it's best stored in the fridge.

Not sure if I was given an older stock or if this stuff just expires fast. Purchased in April with an expiration in September. Seriously for a bottle this size? Sauce is decent on noodles, but beware the expiration date.

I can't think why anyone would choose one of the many other brands, filled with gums, nitrates and other junk when you could just purchase this one. Definitely hot--so you will only need a few drops at a time, which makes it last. Highly recommended.

My husband bought this for me, as I have been trying to expand my flavor options. He purchased four different Srirachas and this one was the best by far! A little goes a long way. The thinner consistency is perfect for my eggs. I would recommend this to anyone.

Best tasting Sriracha on the market! Worth it!!
