Kookaburra Old Fashioned Red Liquorice, 10 oz Bags in a BlackTie Box (Pack of 4)

The licorice has clearly sat for a ridiculous amount of time. Nothing about this reminds one of the fresh, soft licorice that was intended. The people who provided this product are disingenuous in their effort to provide a PARTICULAR product, given the state in which the DELIVERED exists.The original was cleanly cut, with clear ridges, simple lines, soft and easy to bite through. This candy is bloated with moisture, tough, chalky, and mediocre. You peddle in lies.

These are more granular than I remember, not that super chewy, smooth texture I remember. Wouldn’t buy again, and I seem to have a lifetime supply now anyway.

I love this licorice but was very disappointed with this shipment because one of the bags - she seam was open and let all the candy get hard. Too expensive to not get to eat all of my candy.

Recipe now different and horrible compared to the original. Used to be soft and nearly translucent. Now it’s hard, cloudy and flavor is totally different. So sad. It used to be the best.

Package came almost a week late and candy is hard and tastes old.

What a waste of money. The order came with multiple bags, I have opened all of them to see if this was just a fluke as I have purchased this brand of candy elsewhere without an issue. Each bag had too much moisture inside the bag. The candy is slimy and does not taste good.

This time it arrivesd as a gelatinous gooey mess and Amazon says too bad I am stuck with it
