I've been taking 300mg of this extract twice daily since August of 2014. It has definitely made a huge impact on my overall health, especially as far as sleep. I previously had insomnia for 4 years and about a week after starting this extract, I started sleeping more soundly and feeling more rested in the mornings. I have also struggled with a very poor immune system since I was very young, and I have not been sick once since I started taking it. I currently work full time, and go to school, and I've managed to escape every wave of illness going around both circles. Whereas before I would always be one of the first to be taken down.Before starting this extract I was taking the Nature's Way Reishi extract capsules. This extract is definitely a lot more potent, especially when it comes to the calming effect. Although this extract may seem a bit more expensive, it's actually cheaper than the capsules. This extract is 190 days worth, if you take 300mg twice a day, which comes out to ~$0.21 a day. The capsules on the other hand cost ~$0.55 a day.------------- UPDATE -------------Over a year later and this is still one of my favorite supplements. I definitely notice lower energy when I don't take it, and have lower body temperatures as well. Which suggests that I may have an underlying adrenal or thyroid problem that this is addressing. I'll also note that I'm taking 800mg twice a day now, as it is quite a bit stronger at this dosage.

This product makes me feel more relaxed and at ease. I will just assume its doing all of the other things attributed to reishi mushroom.

Fort he first time in April-May 2016, I used it I experienced a little stomach upset such as heartburn and stomachache, sore throat, and a dry mouth. However, by doing research through several readings online, people suggest to take vitamin C to alleviate the symptoms. Consequently over 6 weeks at second the purchase, I rarely have the problems anymore because whenever I intake this herb, I drink orange juice afterward. I guess symptoms those I had were the detoxification that there is working and getting rids of bad things in my body.What is about the positive outcomes for taking this herb? This herb is really a super natural medication! It has been giving me a lot energy everyday. Every morning I wake up, I rarely have a groggy feeling a headache anymore. I always feel great and happy. Also, especially it really enhances my libido. Moreover, it make my skin look good . My skin hardly has no rash , pimples or acne on my body or face!

I've ordered several products from Primal Herb in the past including the Reishi Mushroom extract, which I have found to be more potent than the other Reishi extracts I've tried. I usually add it to my coffee. I really like this.Normally I don't comment on the packing unless it's really good or really bad. I really like how Primal Herb packages this product, the boxes hold up really well and the bamboo spoons are a really nice touch. I usually keep them for measuring other herbal powders I take.

What a tremendous find! After doing some research on reishi and the optimum form and processing I was real excited to be able to find this product and a real decent price for the quality. To top it all off unwrapping it was a treat as the packaging certainly reflected care and quality, just regally packaged. Several layers for protection topped off by mylar resealable. Then you open her up and wow! Deep rich earthy color and sublime fragrance then the taste test...knock it out of the park on this one! I was hesitant to taste not wanting to shatter this thus far incredible find but there is went and wow! Just beautiful! Somewhere between an earthy chocolate maybe a hint of dark coffee. Mushroom gold! Made some incredible health building truffles with it. Cacao, dates, coconut oil, hemp powder and reishi. I just have to curtail how many I eat now...truly delectable. Thanks to this company.

It's so hard for me to evaluate a specific health and wellness product, because I consume so many, but this seems like this is a REALLY good product. I got a real good vibration the day I started taking it, it seemed like my morning erections got stronger. Reshi spores are one of the most potent herbs known to mankind. One ancient Japanese book of the top Chinese herbs ranks Reishi as #1 amongst all herbs. And the spores are supposed to be more hundreds of times more potent that reishi itself. I have only used one other brand of reshi mushrooms/spores and that is from Jing Herbs, but I'm switching over To Primal Herb Reishi due to that "next level" burst of energy, and escalated feeling of well being that "happened to happen" the very same day I started taking this product after I had laid off reishi for several months.

Wow. I've purchased red reishi mushroom for over 19 years. I have to say that this is the #1 best red reishi I've ever bought. The color is unlike any other red reishi powder I ever had before. I like to mix it with cacao and drink it before meditation and i can definitely feel a difference from this brand, it also helps with stress at work from sitting for hours, I start to feel restless like i have to get up and walk around. PRODUCT ORIGIN CHINA! Made me ill & had to figure it out by process of elimination. When it was all I took, eliminating all other powders & supplements, I got very ill. When eliminated after a few days, felt a lot better. Make SURE it is this particular powder that us making you feel better! They also dont show this part of the package in the photos! See my pic!
