Doesn't work AT ALL!
We set up and placed in my husband's wallet as intended after he lost his wallet once before. Yesterday, he lost his wallet (yes, again!) and we tore up the entire house because the app showed the wallet was at our home. We searched and searched, to no avail. Today, the bus driver called my husband... he found his wallet on the BUS between the seats! Luckily, we will get his wallet back, but no thanks to this product.

Arrived broken. Blinks orange once. Won't connect to phone. Needed this for a trip. Incredibly disappointed.

After some initial new account creation issues, it appears to work as advertised
When you signup it asks you to verify your email address - the problem here is that the verification email never arrives and you cannot use the app until you have verified your account. I have tried various email providers, my work email, Gmail, Comcast, ATT, etc. The verification email never arrives, and you cannot use the app until your account is verified.I work in DevOps for a technology company that sells apps with a backend production cloud infrastructure - clearly the cloud system to send new account verification emails is currently down or unreliable.Update: I finally received my account verification email the next day and was able to verify my account. Support was responsive after a day or so, but all issues seem to be resolved at this point. Works as advertised, so far so good.Update 2: After having this product for some time, I went to use the app to locate my wallet. Didn't work at all - the app just crashed and refused to work. I made sure that I upgraded to the most recent version. I would not recommend this product, it failed for me when I needed it the most.

work for a few months then battery died, customer support provided zero help
Bought this mostly out of curiosity to see how well it worked, and it was a hit and miss. Tracker work well as expected for about four months then the battery suddenly gave out. Could not get the app to trigger the tracker or have the tracker trigger the app by pressing the built-in button. Another issue I had with the app it would randomly disconnect. The simple fix was to resync the tracker again with the app. However, fast forward to 4 months later, and the battery just gave out. Contacted their customer support, and this is where the headaches started. I spend over a week providing screenshots, receipts, & videos. These people could not figure out how to properly read a reply. I got so fed up with their inept customer support replies that I just didn't bother to get my issue resolved. If you're looking for a company that will stand by their warranty (1 year according to them), look somewhere else. This company does not want to help period, not to mention their product leaves a lot to be desired.

Thin, functional and allows you to find phone and whatever other object you place it in.
I bought this for my husband who is always misplacing his phone. It was easy to set up. I downloaded the app and it paired easily. Unfortunately my husband didn't have enough memory on his phone to download it initially. This was an issue with his phone not with the size of the app. After we got it on his phone, we tried it out and it works great. My husband also tends to forget where he leaves his wallet so this is perfect to find the wallet using the phone and the phone by pushing the button on it and the phone makes noise so you can locate it. We have 4 of another company's trackers needed something a little thinner. So far this works great. The reason that I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because I would have preferred that it was a little smaller and we have only you said a few days periods. Overall, very pleased.

Good concept , but doesn’t work
This is a great concept, but I an about as disappointed as I could get with how the app works with this card on an iPhone 11.Pros:You can find the phone with the card by pressing the button.Con:You cannot find the card with the phone because the card lacks a beeper, and the bluetooth strength meter they want you to use doesn’t actually work.Specific Problems:1) The phone fails to alarm when you leave something behind. Yes, the status will change from “Connected at Home” to “Left at Home” when you leave, but the alarm or notification feature is broken.(The phone DOES give it’s alert when you press the button on the card, but in spite of much research and troubleshooting, like disabling the one-minute delay, and clicking to enable the object and location, and giving the app all the right permissions and adjusting volume and alert settings, the separation alert will absolutely not alert to indicate separation, ever, on my iPhone 11 using the current app)2) When you get back home, the status still says “Left at Home” It might take 15 minutes to 1/2 hour to discover that you are near the card again.3). Therefore, this app obviously can’t find the card. You can’t walk around watching the bluetooth signal strength change, because it doesn’t. It says strong at first, but when you walk away it stills says strong for s long time. When it finally says weak, and you come back, it will still say weak for a long time.If you have the basic card without a beeper, you are out of luck finding it.

Sort of worked for a couple of weeks - died completely about 2 months in
I REALLY wanted to like this product, but it just doesn't work like it should. First off, I figured it would have some sort of audible alert that you could set off from your phone to find it if you lost it. It doesn't. That's more my bad for not researching since they don't claim that it has this feature. However, a little over a month into having it in my wallet, I left my wallet in a friends car. No only did it not alert me that it was not near my phone, but it didn't' even show where it was last with my phone on the map (should have shown near my house). I bought in on Prime Day and now, just over 2 months later, it is completely dead and won't charge. They claim that a single charge is supposed to last a year as well, so I assume the thing is toast. Steer clear of this product.

should of listned to the reviews on here when i bought wouldnt connect to my note 20 ultra no matter what i did

Doesn't Really Work
Downloaded app and turned on card, not a great range. Also, turned off the card when I didn't need it to save battery, and then it would not turn back on. Also doesn't work with RFID blocking.
