Required reading for my Master's program. Focuses on business principles, but also has some technical aspects. I am more business oriented, but at the same time, some technicality is good. I learned quite a bit.

If you’re buying this book with the hope that it’ll come with an access key, it doesn’t. Go to the online publisher and do just that.
