Gets the job done. Nice to have backups stashed away because everyone is always losing my levels.
Idk about you but I'm always flabbergasted by how quickly levels disappear. I got so fed up looking for the one I have while i was building a fence around the perimeter of our yard and just ordered this pack. They're great, the nice bright color makes them a LITTLE harder to lose and they're easy to see hanging on the line run to keep your pickets level. Them seemed to have an accurate level and made my job much easier than when i was having to stop and use the 3 foot level I'd been using till these arrived.

Very Level
Did a ton of yard work, layout out retaining walls, and putting in 6x6 for planter boxes and shed base. Used thermse on my yellow cord and allowed me to make everything level. Good value!

Decent
Got these to use in an archaeology course. They get the job done tho there's times the center bubble splits up and makes measuring a bit annoying. The tubes will also come out of the case but not often enough to be a major concern.

Good value and accurate when hanging from string.
These are actually better than the aluminum-bodied ones I purchased on Amazon. They're accurate and you get a bunch of them at a great value. When checking them for accuracy, just know that they're calibrated at the hanging points, not laying flat. Don't lay them on a level and think they're not accurate because of the little defects in the exterior plastic moldings. The grooves where they hang from the string are precise for level, not the outside body.

Cheap, and dangerous
Warning: These are the only string levels I've ever owned or inspected, so I cannot fairly compare them to other types. So this opinion is related to leveling tools in general.First, these are very cheap, and easy to accidentally break. I broke the housing on one of mine while simply trying to push the tube back down into it. This is not an issue that I would normally complain about, since most people would probably know to be careful with something like string levels. And using them correctly would rarely put them into any type of physical danger. However, they are dangerous to use as a leveling tool because of the cheap housing. The "bubble tube" does not always sit perfectly inside the housing plastic (at the bottom of it). They are not glued or snapped into place, and can pop out very easily (pop out isn't accurate, because they don't even "pop in"). It is not visibly obvious when one side of the tube comes out, which will throw your level off relatively. Any slight offset of the tube within the housing will throw them off. This can lead to incorrect leveling, or a lot of wasted time as you try to figure out what isn't adding up. The inaccuracy of these can be verified by laying them all next to each other onto a known flat/level surface and checking the differences between them.To the manufacturer: Please redesign the housing so that the bubble tube "pressure locks" or snaps into the housing. For example, make the top (incorrect) part of the housing smaller than the bottom (correct) part of the housing. This will cause the housing to apply constant downward pressure onto the tubes, keeping them correctly seated and aligned.

Great value in a usually disappointing world.
I wasn't expecting much ....but was very pleasantly surprised with the accuracy of these levels ..... not just on a line, but also on their feet. I have several long and longer levels that I baby and don't really like to use around mortar and concrete and thees worked perfectly (with a straight edge, of course) for the dirty work (they're basically cheap enough to be "throw-a-ways"). And since I'm always loosing my line levels it's nice to have a six-pack. I just ordered a pack for a friend whose going to snicker and "ha-ha" when he gets them, but he'll change his tune when he tries them out. I know I'm going to end up buying more of thees. GREAT STOCKING-STUFFER.
