My family pronounced this "ass-fiddity", maybe it is closer to "assa-fet-tid-duh". Either way, if you've experienced bad under-the-diaphragm type gas, or get trapped gas bubbles ("bubbleguts") this is the product for you.Warning: this product tastes like rancid garlic! Seriously!
