NOVOPHONE Retro Handset with Multifunction Button (Black) [Tempest-2B]

This is a quality handset, very heavy, much akin to the old retro "Ma Bell" variety. Works very well, durable, worlds more comfortable than using most cordless phones or cell phones. It comes with the 2nd size adapter, though that is not very clear in the description. Bought 2 - both recipients are extremely satisfied.

I tried it with several people, and even while talking to customer service with it.....it just didn't work.It was plastic. I had to buy the adapter for it from Radio Shack.The on I have now, is much better, came with an adapter (that I actually didn't need with this one).Don't buy from this company, go to Sound Logic.

the product didn't work well with my iphone 5. the iphones mic sounded much better, so I returned the product

Although I won't be using it every time I use my cell phone, it worked as advertised, I am pleased with the product overall.

I love this phone hand set! It's very clear and no problems whatsoever. The phone was just as described and functions like you would expect it to.

Unfortunately, while the price was right, the receiver distorted my speaking voice. I bought two, one for me and one for my girlfriend. When we did a test by leaving voicemails for each other, we discovered this problem. I had to return the items.

Bought this for my wife. She has trouble holding a cell phone for long periods. She loves this device. The sound is crystal clear, just like using regular handset on a landline. It has the heft & feel of a quality handset.

The connection is very bad which has to do with connecting piece from the phone to the Iphone. In addition there is a disconnect button on the handset that is located in a bad position.
