This product is stronger than others so you can use less quantity. Capsules are easy to swallow. I normally take 1 capsule and within 10 minutes I sense how do I react, and if needed take another one. It helps with anxiety, splep, and helps to be calm and calculated at business meetings. I am a strong believer in this herb. Most of all it is all natural and not addictive. I like its taste and smell. Capsules are easier to carry around so I can easily take them when needed. I highly recommend this product and the seller.

This appears to be very high quality at an affordable price. I gave it a five for being easy to swallow; however--to be fair, I am used to swallowing large capsules. These need to be the size they are because they are high potency. My off-label use (based on my usual dosage of ashwaghanda) is one capsule three times daily; so, one bottle (for my purposes) is a 30 day supply. Fast shipping and nice small business owner. Highly recommend!

I just discovered ashwagandha and I’m so glad I did! It’s such a great addition to your supplements if you are like me and have a lot of anxiety and stress in your life. It gives you calm, clear headed energy and takes away that uneasy feeling I often get. These are great, I will order again from this company.

I recently decided to start taking adaptogens again for my mood. The recent isolation due to the outbreak has been difficult for me, as I imagine it has for many people. I feel like these have helped keep my mood a bit more stable, but I've also had the support of friends and family and have been trying to stay active. It's hard to honestly evaluate this product fairly since normal life has been completely disrupted, but I do think it's worth a try if you've been feeling stressed lately. The one thing I think they could improve is that the daily dosage is three pills (which is why I gave it only 4 stars in the "easy to swallow" category").

BEST SLEEP EVER. I have been a college student for a few years and as time goes on the classes get harder and the stressing over exams, quizes, homework, labs, and projects just intensify. My sleep is practically noexistant because I am stressing to much to fall asleep or staying up to complete homework because I wont sleep anyway, but this made the difference. FIRST DAY I knocked out and actually woke up refreshed. I could focus on my classes again instead of worring about what I had due next. By the end of the week I actually started to enjoy chating with others again instead of finding it a chore. The pills are on the larger size but not hard to swallow and they have a silght herb taste to them, but nothing that lingers. All in all, benefit + price = perfect!

I’m not leaving 4 or 5 stars because of the misleading daily dosage amount. It says 1950mg on the label but you have to take 3 capsules to equal that amount and the bottle is a 90 count so if you don’t look closely and just take one capsule you’re not getting the 1950mg.... I found another Ashwaganda brand that delievers 2100mg in one capsule that I like much better!!!

This is my second order of your Ashwagandha . I have a very stressful job and my anxiety is most days through the roof. Within days of using this product I noticed a remarkable difference. I’m glad to find a product made in America, made in a FDA registered facility. I do think ashwagandha helps keep me calm because out of the blue my husband was observing how grouchy and how easily I was set off with family life stuff! And I got to thinking....”hey, what has changed in my life?....why am I so stressed out?!” And after a while I realized I hadn’t been taking the ashwagandha because I ran out! So I ordered some as quickly as I could lol! True story!!
