Bought it as back-up power in my van conversion. Checked it upon arrival in my office. Seemed like it worked good. Then I tried to use the 12 volt car jump feature and nothing. Tried to charge it and nothing. Contacted support and nothing. Useless paperweight that I am now throwing out. I bought it in advance of completing my van, so it sat brand new past the warranty date. All the above happened recently. Complete junk and company cannot be reached. Moreover, it is pressed together. I have electronic training, so thought I would get into it to fix it. No screws and no way in without busting apart. DO NO BUY!!!
