The Jane Austen Quilt Club (Colebridge Community Series)

An awesome story is told of love and friendship around an amazing quilt! Wish we had a group of quilters with this in mind here.

I enjoy this author's books. I buy every one that comes out. If you are a quilter, this author's books will be appealing. Lots of quilting, close friendships, and always a mystery to solve or a problem to find an answer for.

I bought A Quilt in Time with this one and have also read the Basement Quilt and Potting Shed Quilt. I plan to fill in the blanks and read them all. Some people might need to read them all in order, but I enjoy reading a good book any time and mysteries involving quilts are my favorites. I'm looking forward to more of Ann Hazlewood's quilt mysteries.

The Jane Austen Quilt Club, number 4 in the Colebridge Community Series, was another sort of a diary of Annie's life. There are so many things going on and so much she wants to do in her life. But she can't seem to get it all done! There are hints in this book that I am anxious to find out about in book number 5! Going to start it today!!

I like the story lines, but the writing really isn't that good--lots of awkwardly-worded sentences. And if the main character says "Hmmmm...." one more time, I think I will scream! I won't be reading any more books from this author.

I have come enjoy these books. I can't wait to read the next one. Each one give you enough information from the previous one that you can get the gist of the story and enjoy it.

I love this series and so glad that each new book is a continuance of the previous. I feel a part of this community and find it difficult t o put the book down.On to the next one.

This is part of a series. You grow to love the characters but it is not terribly exciting.

Another good story line. Some of the characters were clichéd.

As usual the author pulls the reader right into the life of Colbridge and Anne
