it is a beautiful looking design however there is a few things that did not work well for me. I am an African American women. I have very curly hair and have to wet it down daily in order for a comb to manage my very thick hair. I found that this brush did not work any better than the brush that I had purchased from the local dollar general store before I purchased this. But because I paid so much money for this brush I tried to take care of it and I kept it for 1 year without letting it drop onto anything. However one of my daughter borrowed the brush without permission. She stated that the brush fell onto the bathroom floor. Then the brush shattered into small pieces after only one drop. I cannot even superglue the brush back together because I feel that I will not work well afterward. This product is not worth the extra money it cost compared to other brushes. by the way I had to go back to using a long teeth rake for my thick, curly, and long hair. The rake seem to work better and faster for me. Because of this I will not be replacing the brush.

I've used this brush on my hair, wet and dry. I have very long, thick hair and it works great for getting out tangles or just going through my hair.I wear my hair in braids all the time. It is quite a chore to take down and brush through especially since I have fibromyalgia and it is hard for me to keep my arms up for very long.My hair goes down past the middle of my back when it is unbraided. When I take it out of my braids, it is a sight to behold. I have hair sticking out probably 20 inches from my head.This brush actually goes through my hair and doesn't pull all of it out like my other brushes do when I am brushing it after taking it down from braids.It is quite a large brush. The paddle is 3 inches across. The brush is 10 inches in length.

This brush is one of my all time favorite brushes. I have very thick long hair. When I run this through my hair it feels so good on my scalp and it gets out all of the tangles in my hair.

great hair brush! i can now easily brush my hair without tugging. It also helps with static problem.

This is my favorite brush to use, very nice design, brushes so well and feels like a massage! So comfortable and easy to brush wet hair, doesn't pull or damage it. Also helps to blow dry quicker. Can't say enough about it! I have two of them, in black and white. Love it!

I have this in black, but soon after receiving my daughter kept using mine, I decided to buy her one and gave it to her for Hanakkah, no complaints from either one of us.

the metal logo on the comb fell out the first day i got it but brush did it's job...has a curve like our head so get more hair .

I have really long frizzy hair and I use this when its wet and I love it
