Incorrect information updated
The advertisement says it comes with 2 silicon o-rings, there aren’t any. I would like to have the pair. The ad seems to have issues about only using in one brand of sterilizer. But the dimensions are stated in the details and incorrect. It states 38” x 1.25” x 1.25”. As you can see in photos it is less than an inch (0.908”) in diameter and 37” in length. This is not a problem for my application but it might be for others.9/29/2020 Update on this purchase, I found the silicone o-rings laying on the floor where I opened the outer package. Somehow the o-rings were in the outer box. 2 Boxes, inner box fitted to the lamp. So only problem is dimensions are incorrect. Changed my rating to 5 stars. It’s a good purchase if the size fits your application.

Unreliable
It took something like for purchases through Amazon before they finally delivered a replacement lamp. I think they kept breaking in shipping. I finally got a replacement and it failed after three months. AGUA has no Customer Support what-so-ever. I am going to replace this system for one that can be locally supported!

No O-Ring as described
I received it without 2 O-Rings as described. No anyway to ask for missing 2 O-Rings
