UPDATED: Excellent Customer Service!!
I will leave my original review below, as I believe it will be useful for people to reference. Please know that the seller is committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. These wrenches are really quite nice and you will be happy to have them for yourself or give them to family/friends as presents! I am a bit of a tool junkie and enjoy the weight and feel of these far more than a standard box end wrench. Even though I had one break (which I honestly believe was a fluke based on the perceived quality) I would highly recommend these to anyone reading this post without hesitation.Original Review:These flexible head ratchets were wonderful... except for the 10mm size. I was extremely happy with the purchase when they came out of the box, as they have a good weight to them and you can tell they are well-built and should be usable time and time again (environmental degradation unknown). Have used most of the wrenches already and am happy with how they function. Except for the 10mm wrench, which as the picture shows shattered under fairly normal hand torque. Not really sure why. I would have given this set of wrenches full marks if not for that issue however!

Good value, gets the job done, and tool roll makes easy to carry to job site and ID correct size
For the home owner with occasional needs, this is both good value and a sound purchase. Great to have a full set of common metric and Imperial sizes, and the tool roll is a great way to keep every thing together. For those that have never had a ratcheting wrench, you wonder how you survived without.I’ve only had a couple of months so hard to really rate for durability, especially given on and off usage. From a quality standpoint, all the wrenches look sound ( no misshapen casti Ng’s etc). Some small surface imperfections and flashing but nothing that impairs function. While you’ll never mistake these for a prograde tool such as Wera or Faxon, for most they will do the job without significantly denting your wallet.Really speeds up DIY assembly having right size tools vs trying to sub SAE wrenches in metric bolts.

The ratchet part of these wrenches work as good as the expensive ones
I purchased the metric 12 pc flex head set, I use the ratchet wrench after breaking bolts lose with a standard wrench or a socket, ratchet wrenches are super handy for tight places and will last a long time if you do not use them with a pipe extender and crank on them , especially the flex headed ones, I would even go as far as comparing these wrenches with GW brand and write that the ratchets seem smoother and better than my GW brand of gear wrenches.

Oddly Good
Update 8-24-20: Used these wrenches twice on very difficult to access bolts on a BMW X5. One was the transfer case fill bolt, and the second was the front differential fill bolt. Both required a 14mm allen wrench. The catch - I had ~1" of clearance to access these bolts. I cut a 14mm allen socket to roughly 0.75" long, combined it with a 14mm wrench from this set, and was able to break both bolts loose without having to drop the subframe of the car to use a normal allen wrench/socket. I'm not sure there was any other way to do this, but I made it work. I used a second wrench locked into it the 14mm flex wrench for added length, and with probably 100 ft-lbs of force applied, the bolts broke loose. No wrench was harmed, and all the ratcheting and flexing still worked.Original Review:I bought these because I wanted a flex head ratcheting wrench set, but was too cheap to buy the name brand set. Honestly, I don't regret it for the average DIYer. They will get the job done and feel good. I imagine that the name brand and these knock off brands are made in the same factory with slightly different specs/metals/cases. What sold me on this version over other brands was the lifetime warranty. Assuming they still exist when a wrench breaks, I'll have an option to get another one. If they don't exist when a wrench breaks, I'll splurge for the name brand set with the same warranty. There's not much to say here - they are good budget wrenches. Probably comparable to HF quality or the like, with a good ratcheting feel and a decent flex head.

What a garbage
The media could not be loaded. Took this set to work and it started skipping on first use.. this is so far the worst tool I have purchased on Amazon. Now I'll be wasting time returning it
