The bowl design is pretty good, but many of the parts included are poorly machined and do not fit together. In particular, the 2 of the 4 sleeves which are supposed to protect the holes where the bowl is fastened to the tilt-mount base do not fit. And as with all Chinese products, the instructions might as well be in hieroglyphics -- the pictures do not match the item(s) being assembled or the parts provided.

I would have prefered if the stand could be mounted on the foot. Each time you move the bowl you need to move the bottom of the stand. The bowl is very nice because it deeper than other's I've seen.

Poor package , easy to assemble, and easy to use .Does the job, but the support looks and feel fragile , I will be careful not to have client lay on too heavily and too long on the basin .

I have been learning to take care of my hair at home recently. I love this shampoo bowl. It adjusts up and down and pivots back and forth. It drains into a bucket (purchased from a DIY home improvement store). This saves my back and allows me to keep my hair going back rather than forward like shampooing hair at the sink (less tangling) when I want to shampoo my hair some place besides the shower. Also, no water gets in my face, better control of water and rinsing.

So I don't know it work good or not ,I hope it work good .I think it just good for house or do it your self but not for commercial

It needs a strainer and possibly a longer drain hose but aside from that it is not a bad item.

Bought this instead of a salon station for my house, works great and can easily tuck it away. The sink is very deep unlike others I've seen. Love it other then it's hurts necks

i use this for washing some of my clients hair .. not liking it so far .. although its height adjustable cant lower the height even with the lowest height .. its uncomfortable to wash hair .. if u have ever used the backwash in salons the height is much lower than this .. n this one is definitely uncomfortable for your back also its difficult to wash the hair on back of teh neck(read nape) ...would definitely not recomend
