What a wonderful surprise! B&G is Emeril's!
I would like to preface this by saying that I received the regular All Natural instead of the Organic but I don't believe the nutritional values will very greatly. I will update this post though when I receive the Organic if there are any changes.I looked but could not find any information on this product before ordering. I decided to give it a shot though because of the price and boy am I glad I did!! As you know from the title this is actually Emeril from the Food Network's line of stocks. I will give you the nutritional facts followed by my personal opinion.Nutrition:Serving size 1 cup Calories 10 Sodium 570mg or 24% DRV Carbohydrates 1gm or 0% DRV Protein 2gmPersonal Opinion:I love this stuff! It wasn't thin and runny like some stocks I have tried but a nice rich thick stock. I simmered some on the stove today and it tasted wonderful. The only possible thing for my family is the salt content it has even more salt than the Organic Vegetable StockB&G Foods Organic All Natural, Vegetable Stock, 32-Ounce (Pack of 6). I found that it tasted saltier on a spoon than I prefer, but I believe it will work wonderfully cooked with or in something else. For those watching their salt intake, make careful note that 1 cup has 570mg of Sodium.Overall I give this product a 10 for taste, consistency and smell. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and will definitely be ordering more!Happy Eating!!4/25/12 UPDATE:I said once I received the corrected Stock I would update if necessary.Nutrition:*Sodium 590mg or 25% RDV*Protein 1gSo, this one is still really good, but it taste salty to me. Again just my personal opinion. ;)Now get back to eating!

Great flavor and super convenient!
Personal Use: I used to buy Swanson's, College Inn, or whatever broth was BOGO at the grocery store, but once you start cooking with real homemade stock, you will never go back to broth. I started making my own broth about 5 years ago and refuse to buy broth or bullion ever again.Convenience: Now, since I live in the real world and amount of stock I consume/cook with started to exceed the amount of stock I was producing, so I needed to find an alternative and with Emeril’s being All Natural and Organic, it was a no brainer. I will never use another brand nor have to make it myself. And if you can get it on Sub&Save-EVEN BETTERTaste: The stock is full of fresh, clean flavor and is made from good ingredients (organic chicken broth, organic onions, organic celery, organic carrots, natural chicken flavor, sea salt, organic expelled pressed canola oil and/or safflower oil)Smell: This chicken stock is darker in color and cloudy; you cannot see through it. I put my nose up to the measuring cup and I get the best whiff of chicken you can possibly imagine. If you were to close your eyes and smell the broth, you would swear there is a bowl of homemade chicken noodle soup in front of you. I dipped my finger in the broth by itself tastes just as good as it smelled. If you use chicken broth for cooking or made your own like me, I highly suggest you give this stock a try!

Meh
I keep shelf-safe chicken stock as a pantry staple but have almost never been satisfied with the taste of the different brands I have tried. This one is not rich but at least not too salty. So far the best-tasting that I have tried is Kirkland's, which has always been pricey. I make homemade stock whenever possible, it's still the best.

Taste like water
I have never written a review before but I bought this because of the name emeril and because it’s a stock which usually means more flavor. It is basically water I’ve never tasted anything with so little flavor. That is what I get for saving money you get what you pay for

Rich and Delicious
This stock is the best I've tried. I use it for soups, casseroles, anything that needs chicken flavor and moisture. I order this using subscribe and save, and find it to be comparable in price, or less, than store brand chicken broth, which is less flavorful and requires I use more product. The only drawback of this stock is that I cannot figure out how to open the seal without using a knife. If anyone has figured out this mystery, please post the key!

ORGANICS ARE THE BOMB
Emeril is a great chef and his organic chicken stock has become my favorite. It is tasty and I use it in most of my cooking now. I have tried the other organic stocks, but they are either flavorless or too salty. This is perfect. Thank you, Emeril.

Not the same
I'm so bummed! I had this exact chicken stock 3 or 4 years ago for the first time and was blown away because it was better than any chicken stock I had ever had. My grocery store is don't carry it and so I recently came to Amazon to see if I could find it and sure enough I did. I was so disappointed when I received my shipment and opened one of the containers and found it to be basically clear watery liquid with a strange smell that smelled like the cardboard it had been packaged in. I decided to heat it up anyway. It didn't look like the rich yellow colorful broth I had had the first time but I thought, You never know. Unfortunately it tasted like it smelled, tasted like cardboard/chemicals. I decided to open up a second container thinking maybe the first one was a fluke. Nope, Same thing. I dumped them both down the sink.On the bright side! I immediately got on Amazon to return my order and they didn't even require me to return it for a refund.
