Cannot get the earbuds to pair as one. Only one or the other will play sound. I cannot get them to pair together so that I have sound coming from both. So disappointing. I have followed the instructions and have had zero luck.

I am kind of disappointed with this product. I noticed after purchasing, that these reviews are for multiple different items that is being sold by the same supplier sooo in all reality these headphones are NOT a 4.6 star! My concerns are as follows: dies after 45 mins-1hr, the buds are rather large for my likely and do not fit in my ear comfortably, people have trouble hearing me and continue to say that I'm talking extremely low, and the earbuds disconnect from the bluetooth randomly and forces you to completely reconnect/sync. Will not purchase again.

Was very excited to try these earbuds out, after reading the existing reviews. Received it, and pairing went pretty smoothly. Sound was decent too - although I use it mainly to listen to audiobooks/podcasts. However, after about 30 minutes with the earbuds in the ear, my ear was feeling quite tender. I did not have the uncomfortable/painful feeling when borrowing my sons Airpods. It seems that the earbud portion is slightly bigger than the Apple Airpods, and it was exerting just enough pressure on the ear to make using these very uncomfortable. Sending these back, hoping to find another reasonable AND comfortable alternative to the overpriced Airpods.

Okay so let me start off by saying for a $20 pair of headphones I’m not complaining with this review when it comes to the sound quality, noise canceling or durability.. I think in regards to those three I would say they are right in line with a $20 pair of headphones.. HOWEVER I gave these a 1 star review because of the battery life... these headphones barely last more than 1.5 hours which hardly makes these practical.. I ran them dead when I first got them and charged them fully. After I fully charged them I used them until they died in one sitting which ended up being 1.5 hours... For anyone who spends any amount of time on the phone, podcasting, studying or driving 1.5 hours just isn’t enough. Outside of this, if you don’t spend much time with headphones then they are well worth the $20

Product came scratched up and seemed used. After i plugged in to charge the case was already blinking red and was no where mentioned in the instructions. After a full night of charging, the case never indicated full charged. But headphones did indicated blue inside. Once i finally connected after a few tries of poorly translated instructions, they turn off on their own. Searching the brand (also not mentioned in the description i7s tws) they aren't even worth what i bought them for and are 7 or less in other shops.My mistake for purchasing, will be returning soon.

Not pleased. Bought these based on reviews for kids. Returning the first pair, and 2nd pair just getting a refund. Neither set would pair at the same time after following the instructions over and over. Only one earbud would work at a time.

They started out as a decent pair of wireless ear buds for the price until I wen to use them for my phone and others are unable to hear/understand you. The battery life is horrible. When attempting to charge the lights stay on forever and they never completely recharge no matter if they are on the charger for 2 hrs or 10. The connectivity is confusing to say the least. Both earbuds will be connected then suddenly lose connection in one or they will repeatedly say disconnected even though they are still connected. Also, even when in the case, lid closed tight, they will connect to the phone without notification - especially during the middle of calls causing you to have to go into the settings and manually disconnect them. Worst ear buds ever!

I ordered these earbuds based on the reviews that I read and overall I was very pleased when I received them . Instructions were simple and clear and pairing was very, very straightforward with my Samsung S10.However, the right earbud works fantastic and has great sound quality...everything I expected after the reviews, but I had a problem with the left earbud cutting out. I made sure to get a full charge on them again and tried many times to pair it so it would work properly. Finally, after no luck, I contacted Amazon and requested an exchange, which they granted after some technical troubleshooting. 2 days later, my new pair of earbuds arrived and unfortunately they have the exact same issue as the first pair. It does not matter how near or far your phone is, at what angle it is facing you or how much of a charge the phone or earbuds have...the left earbud just will not stay connected for sound.So if you are okay with only using the right earbud, these are for you, otherwise I am disappointed in the overall purchase and wish there was a way to remedy this.
