Just wanted to update that I tried this adapter so that I could use my A10s on my PC. I have the XBOX A10s and have been on xbox for several years now, so making the switch to PC knowing I can use a $7 adapter instead of buying an entire new headset was awesome!** It didn't work with the XBOX companion app on Microsoft. There was too much mic feedback that I couldn't even fix adjusting mic monitoring. But it worked with everything else: Skype, Blizzard games, Steam games, etc..
