After all the negative reviews I was hesitant. My buddy tried one of these. After his fit so well I decided to try one myself. Mine also fit perfect and was very simple to install. The rubber nuts tightened down good and with proper cleansing the 3M tape stuck real good. It is solidly attached and shouldn’t be going anywhere. Well done AVS!

I don't know why some reviews say installation was difficult, or why some people say it made noise. It fit tight to my hood, was simple to install, and hasn't made any noise at all. PLUS, IT LOOKS GREAT!

Box was damaged, so I don't know if the fasteners came were lost or they just didn't come with it. Had to find some and slightly bore out the hole to fit. But looks nice when done.

Had to send this one back. I was unaware that it utilizes 3M adhesive tape to stick directly to the hood. That's not what I was looking for. But, if that's what you are looking for, it is a great product. The material is durable and covers just the front part of the hood. The chrome abs plastic looks great also. But, unfortunately the product was not what I was looking for. Shipping was quick and the price is good too. These run about $129 at an auto parts store such as Advance Auto. So the price was well worth it. REVIEWERS AFTER-THE-FACT NOTE: AMAZON REFUNDED ME FOR THE PURCHASE AND IN VERY SHORT ORDER... THAT WAS IMPRESSIVE ON AMAZON'S PART. I DID FIND AN ALTERNATIVE. Looks great and easy to install

Very nice purchase

Product arrived before schedule and in tip top shape. Good quality material, reflective chrome. Installation instruction were a bit goofy so I ventured to YouTube. Instructions stated not to use a drill, but I did because I know what I'm doing and I'm an idiot like that. I set my drill to between 5-7 torque and all fine. I didn't have to use those rubber bumpers because I tightened the 3 screws properly, so no noise during driving. If you're skilled with tools 5-10mins to install..easy peasy.

Fits perfectly on my 2007 Chevy Silverado new body. Super easy to install with just the tape on it, stays on really well no problems. Protects good. I recommend

The Bug deflector should help keep the stone chip away from my hood. It looks nice too. Very easy install and fits like a glove.
