We bought this for my elder mom. She had developed some bumps on the edge of her eyelids a few months after cataract surgery. Eye doctor recommended anti biotics and using a tea tree wash. Not really healing they sent her to Ophthalmologist who said she needed biopsies and removal. She scheduled the surgery, couple months out was the first opening. We kept with the wash and started using this 2-3 times a day as using a hot compress was not easy. The bumps went away and she tried to cancel the surgery but they insisted she see a doctor, she did. The Ophthalmologist cancelled the surgery and said that the problem had resolved itself. This product was well worth the money and I am thankful that we gave it a try. It has been six months and no recurrence. She now uses it for relaxation.

I always wear an eye mask when I sleep and I prefer it to be warm I usually buy the cheap eye masks that you put in the microwave and they go cold really quick do you only thing with this one I have a problem with is I wish it had a longer timer it only goes up to an hour I would love for it to stay on longer but it stays on long enough for me to go to sleep I really like it and it helps me sleep better and fall asleep easier definitely recommend buying this if you like heated Eye masks. And it has an adjustable strap instead of Velcro which I love because it won’t ever not stick together

Really pleasantly surprised by this thing, really comfortable, great size and nice controls. My only complaint would be that it doesn't get warm enough, but it's probably a safety issue that it doesn't get too hot.I had cataract surgery that brought on bad dry eyes. The optometrist recommended moist heat, but that's a mess, and it gets cold way too fast. So I thought I'd give a heated mask a try. So glad I got this one. Really soft and compy, more comfortable than other night masks I've used. But, this one is big, it really wraps around your eyes and lets NO light in. I use it in the morning before I get out of bed and it really seems to be working. it's so nice I started with 20 minutes a day, now I enjoy 60 minutes and don't want to stop.

This might have been designed for a different face than mine. The mask cut into my nose and my eyes seem too deep set to get enough of the warmth. However, it did the job for a while. It helped with my dry eye.The wire at the controller going to the pad wore out. No easy way to fix it I can tell.

I love everything about this mask, I wish it got a lil warmer but it is comfy and helps reduce pain from headaches

I just can't say enough for this product. I have dry eye syndrome and purchased this to warm up those dry eyes. Since then I have found I like it for so many other reasons. I go to be with it on every night and it relaxes me to ease me to sleep much faster. It has such a calming effect, so I do believe it would help insomnia.My grandson has migraine headaches and I purchased one for him to try and now he uses it all the time to help him sleep and for the headaches.I bought an extra one so I would always have one on hand just in case something happened to the one I use all the time.

Heats up nicely, it really soft, and the head strap looks to be adjustable.For safety reasons, it'll only stay on for an hour at a time. The highest setting is warm, but not as hot as a regular heating pad, likely to prevent injury.It's still warm enough to get the job done and helps immensely with dry eye and blepharitis symptoms.The USB cable is long enough to reach most chargers and only takes about 5v, 1A, so any USB power bank should be able to power it for an hour just fine.

This electric heated eye mask was bought as a more convenient way to perform daily hot compresses for my dry eye condition replacing a mask heated by microwave, & is okay but not as good as I hoped. The control is easy to use but the actual heat level is lower than I like & the timer can only be set for 10 minute intervals so there is no flexibility. Although the mask itself is soft the elastic band is permanently attached on both sides with a limited amount of stretch so the mask must be pulled down over the head instead of opening with Velcro or a snap closure.
