OEM box, zero instructions and damaged, but seller is correcting [UPDATED].
Off to a bad start. The metal housing is cracked (see pic), and the circuitry is dissimilar to online pics from authentic manufacturer links.[UPDATE 1] To the credit of Amazon and the seller, I was given a generous refund and given the option to keep the merchandise. I am now in the process of repairing the cover of the relay box and installing the system. It remains to be seen whether the relays work and for how long, but I will continue to post updates. It seems that the relays are relatively inexpensive to replace (app $15 for 6). If there is a problem with the relays, I can fix that and still get use of the system. However, if there is a problem with the wiring or circuit board, there will be no easy way to repair those and the system will be useless. Time will tell. I am adjusting my rating from 1 star to 4 stars for now. If the system works, I will adjust it further to 5, recognizing the good faith of the seller and A+ customer service extended since I first reached out.

Easy to install and works great!
Our switch pod did not come with directions, thankfully we have had one before. (And youtube is amazing, lol) Installing went well without any problems! It looks great and is super easy to use.
