This product was exactly what I needed. Two weeks after receiving mop and bucket my basement got trickles of water due to heavy, heavy, heavy, torrential rains outside. After using the wet/dry vacuum to suck up the water a lot of dirt was left. I used the spin mop and bucket to get up the dirt left behind. I have tried to use the old heavy string mop. The one where you squeeze it out and everything that you mop around on the flooor, just seems to push the dirt around into all the nooks and crannies. So that was when I went and got the spin mop and bucket and realize that using this product to mop, it really got in there.... between the crannies of the floor tiles to get the dirt up. I used the spin mop and bucket to get up dirt and grime and streaks that had been on my floor for years when I thought that it was clean. Once I finished mopping with the spin mop and bucket my floor looked like a brand new floor. The spin mop and bucket is really and truly a great product I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Or... Cautiously Optimistic! Used twice so far. Issues-the way it snaps into the mop head is very hard and cheap. Mopping requires a technique-you have to hold the mop upright. Or you are scraping the round plastic part on the floor. It wrings out very well. The bucket pump mechanism starting making an odd noise when I was near the end of the first mopping. The mop itself works great, we are remodeling and it gets all of the white dust up. If you needed to scrub something actually on the floor; due to the way it's made-I think it would break!

I saw this advertised on TV and of course went straight to Amazon. They were out of stock but were expected to get some more in; so I placed my order and in a couple of weeks it arrived. It was made a lot better than I expected. The bucket is big, sturdy and has suctions on the bottom to hold it in place. I took it to my mom's, she is 75 and I go there every week to clean and holy moly I did not realize how dirty her kitchen floor was, I usually used a swiffer mop. After mopping her floor 3 times the water was finally clear. I loved the spin feature, your mop can be as dry or as wet as you want it to be. The handle was very sturdy because believe me I did use some force. I went ahead and ordered another one for my house and then when it arrived at work a co-worker wanted me to order her one.

This is a good concept but I doubt that it will hold up for the long term as the mop handle feels like it could give at any moment. It's also too short for someone like myself. I'm hoping it holds up as it works well otherwise. Being able to spin most of the liquid out of the mop head makes it great for my laminate floors. Be advised that it's a little on the flimsy side but I still recommend it at the price Amazon is selling it for.

I HATE MOPPING SO I GUESS THIS IS ABOUT AS GOOD AS IT GETS IF YOU NEED TO MOP A LARGE AREA, IT RINGS OUT THE MOP SO ITS NOT WET, AND IT WASHES IT OUT SO YOUR NOT MOPPING WITH A DIRTY MOP, SO THATS PRETTY COOL. MY ONLY PROBLEM IS I HAVE BACK PROBLEMS AND ITS A BIT HEAVY TO TOTE AROUND. OTHER THAN THAT IT WORKS PRETTY GOOD FOR ME, BUT WHEN MY HUSBAND TRIES TO USE IT, IT KEEPS COMMING APART WHEN HE TRIES TO SPIN IT DRY.

Delivery service not bad at all. The mop is okay, will pick up and start dragging the dirt to other places on the floor. I went to Wal Mart after ordering this mop and found a micro-fiber mop that did a great job. I thought hopefully the MopAway will do a better job (expectations too high), turned out the Wal Mart mop is easier to handle, cleans and picks up the dust much better, and rinses out faster, plus when you mop the floors, the floors are not as wet compare to the MopAway. Also the price for the Wal Mart mop was way less, btw the name of the mop is Clothing Mop by Cedar.

I gave it an ok because I thought when I bought the mop that the mop heads were machine washable. their microfiber heads are not removable I still throw them in the wash but it makes me wonder how long they will last being washed still attached to the mop heads? guess I will find out!
