I love these bars as they taste so good and is a great snack when on a Keto diet . I am gluten free as I have an intolerance to wheat so finding a good snack is not straight forward for me even when not on the Keto diet . I find these bars are very filling and taste very good too and are full of goodness . They are a little pricey but are worth it given the criteria I have to purchase by .

I love these for a crunchy but filling snack. The Tumeric ones are NOT my favorite unfortunately - but I LOVED the other two. Fit in perfectly with my low-carb diet & was very handy to nibble on too when I found out I was pregnant and needed something digestive-y without the sugar!

Hello Keto friends. I bought a mixed box and I like all 3. I follow keto diet, intermittent fasting and 2mad ( 2 meals a day). I never snack on anything in between meals, I have my snacks as part of a meal. If u snack on something like this on an empty stomach it might kick you out of ketosis, it depends on the individual and how you react to fiber. But I have mine at the end of a meal that is high in fat and protein low in carbs. After checking my blood sugar and ketones no problems for me with these bars. Ketone reading of 1.5 six hours after eating was my lowest ketone reading 3 hours later back to 2.3, My meals are between 800-1200 calories 70-100g fat 70-100g protein and 10-20g carbs each meal and I have had great success last 9 months. I am 40 yrs old 6 ft 1 and was 16 st 5 lbs and 25% bodyfat, now I am 11 stone 2 lbs and 9% bodyfat. Thanks Keto :-)

On a Keto plan and have these bars for breakfast-personally the Turmeric, Orange and Brazil nut bar is too over powered by Turmeric, its like eating a bar of curry. The Pecan bar I find bitter although better than the Turmeric one. I will now only order the Coconut bar as this actually tastes nutty and sweet. So its down to personal taste hence.

Found them very good taste; not to sweet, with right ingredients for keto. Very interesting flavours. A little too small for the price; but they are good.

I love these keto nut bars. Tasty, healthy low carb snack. Having them in the cupboard prevents me from eating sugary stuff when I need a little afternoon pick me up. Also great on the go and they contain no nasty ingredients.

These are, on the whole, lovely, can see why others might not be enthusiastic about all the flavours, but the only reason I didn't give these five stars is because I may get bored of the red one as it doesn't have the flavour hit of the red ones and yellow ones, and I just wish these were cheaper!Still, the quality is right up there so I reckon I'm just a bit of a skin flint.Adonis could always send me a few freebies to change my mind!

Leckere Nussriegel mit hochwertigen Inhaltsstoffen. Zum Ausprobieren ist die Mixbox prima geeignet. Mir persönlich schmeckt am besten die blaue Kokosvariante, aber auch die rote Variante ist sehr lecker. Die Kurkumariegel sind mal etwas anderes, ich kann sie jedoch nicht jeden Tag essen. Mir gefällt auch, dass die Riegel Low Carb geeignet und erstaunlich sättigend sind.Genau das richtige für Unterwegs oder bei der Arbeit. Etwas teurer, aber sie sind ihr Geld wert.Werde ich garantiert wieder kaufen.
