Green Rope Double Hammock w Spreader Bars - Polyester

We bought this hammock b/c we wanted to make sure we really would use it before we spent more money on a nicer hammock. However this has been a great hammock for a great price. It seems well made and is quite comfortable. We've had this up for about a month now and really have no complaints. The kids and I enjoy storytime in it just about every day. We wanted a rope hammock so we could leave it up all the time and it would dry quickly after rain and wouldn't collect a lot of debrise from the trees. I am quite happy with that decision.

I weight a little over 300lbs and this thing holds me without grunting. LOLIt is under a covered porch but is still somewhat out in the weather.I have had it for almost 2 years and it still holding strong.UPDATE:7/15/2013I have had the hammock for sometime now and it is still holding on strong.

This is a great item. I recieved one as a gift from my children, it is nice to have an at home retreat. The hammock is soft and sturdy. The company shipped this item quickly. It does take two people to install it the first few times as the rope has to stretch out. We had a bit of extra chain that was handy for the fitting process.

The hammock arrived in good condition and in a timely manner, although the packaging was a bit frayed and torn open at one end. The hammock was purchased to replace an old hammock that had given many years of restful service. This new hammock was about 12 inches shorter than the old one and was much less stable in that it was very easy to tip out of the hammock and onto the ground if you were not perfectly balanced in the center. I think this is due in part to the shorter length between the spreader bars and the attachment points. I've seen much more expensive hammocks and some cheaper units, and all in all this hammock seems to be of reasonable value for the price. I've taken a few naps on the new hammock and that part seems to work wonderfully..!

Have had all summer long and they have held up nicely. Great price and product.Highly recommend just needs cushions or pillows now.
