I could not find these peppers when I moved to a new area. I was so glad to find them on Amazon. These are the best roasted red peppers, ever. So flavorful and consistent quality every time.

I can't get enough of these. Best peppers ever!

I used to buy these organic roasted peppers from a local health food store. The store closed a few years ago and, then I recently found them on Amazon, and ordered a case.Unfortunately, there seems to be less peppers and more water than there used to be.The last jar I opened, I think there was probably about 1.5 large peppers, and the rest was water.I was quite annoyed!Just look at the picture for this posting. The roasted peppers are floating in water.I challenge you to go to your local grocery store and look at the jarred roasted peppers from some other manufacturer. It has been my experience, jars of roasted peppers from other manufacturers are filled mainly with roasted peppers.I prefer organic food, because I think organic food is a healthier option. However, I also prefer not being ripped off.I have a few jars of these roasted peppers left from the case. After I use them up, I don't think I will buy these again. Fortunately, I will soon have a gas range top, and I simply will roast my own.Not Recommended.
