This is just like the one my child used in her school art class. She said is good.

This mannequin is a perfect size for a beginner drawer. It appears to be anatomically correct and can be gently bent to display different poses. Keep in mind that it is only 8" tall, so it is on the more fragile side, so be gentle with it when trying to create poses.

I am, for the most part, satisfied with this product. However, I have two qualms with it, both involving the hips. The joint used to join the legs to the torso are oval shaped, as apposed to spherical. This makes it difficult to raise them to a certain extent. Also, the same joint will not allow the legs to move in three dimensions; they can only move forward and back at the hip. These are the only things keeping it from a five star rating.To the maker: If you were to change the hip joint to a spherical shape and add a second spring that joins the hip joint and torso, as opposed to glue, all problems would be fixed and this would be a perfect product.

My son loves to draw. He saw one of these in an art class he took, and instantly wanted one. This is great quality, able to pose and bed with ease, and it stays where you put it. There are others on the market, but this was by far the best value for the price.

Not only are the proportions not that good, the model doesn't move like a person at all. Also doesn't want to stay in place.

This is okay, but the range of motion is disappointing. The upper legs don't swivel at all, probably because they're glued in for some reason (picture shows such), causing a complete inability to spread them (picture shows as far as they go) that makes it impossible to pose it into things like squats, crouches, and other such things. If you want it in any position other than simple standing or walking, don't get this.

I needed these for something not really art related. Worked great. Can really take a beating!
