Excellent product
I would like the return of ground arrowroot in a packet. When using in gluton free baking. Ie bread, you are measuring in 1/2 & 1/4 cups. So with only being able to purchase 3 packs at any one time during the coronavirus - it is tedious opening all these tiny packets and so wasteful. Hopefully the Dr Oetker company will give this some consideration. It's an excellent, invaluable product.

Misleading product name

NOT arrowroot
This product is tapioca starch, not arrowroot powder. No, I'm not accidentally reviewing the wrong item. Check the photos in the listing. It clearly says on the packet that the ingredients are: 'tapioca starch' [end of list]

Tapioca Starch, not arrow root
These product is made from tapioca starch, not arrowroot. How they get away with this I don't know.Tapioca starch is from cassava root whereas Arrowroot come from maranta arundinacea - a herb.
