Good product, works well.

The last 2 i got work great but the 2 before that 1 does not work any more the threads in it are gone so i cant charge it anymore

How do I contact the seller? 1 of my chargers wouldn’t attach as it appears the threads aren’t right but had thought I could use the other 1 but it’s not working right anymore, appears loose inside the casing. I need to use sellotape to ensure a tight fit. I can’t return because I need to use them until I have a replacement. Please advise how I can contact you to get this sorted as my only option in Amazon account is return.No previous issues with many purchases which is why I’ve done 4 stars.

Like this very much. Able to get a good puff without having to draw deeply. Battery lasts for about 3days with normal use before needing charged.

I must admit that these batteries are good in respect of their size and ability to deliver the required power.A good selection of colours and good value for money. However, having bought three in Feb (4 1/2 months ago) so that I could rotate the charging process, two out of the three threads have worn away and therefore batteries are no longer working. A pity, as a small design tweek would make them superb.

Had it 6 weeks & no longer holds it charge

I bought 2 early last year and they were great. However due to displacing them I recorded in early december. These worked brilliantly for a month. Now they are dead- will not charge.
