Easy to assemble, but we did need to find the correct drain attachment. Finally used on all 3 of my dogs and it worked like a charm. No more kneeling or back aches for me, it was the perfect height and size. The sprayer was different than what was suppose to come with it, so it doesn't fit on the holder that came as an attachment, but the sprayer is powerful and functional. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone that needs relief from using a tub to wash their fur babies.

This might be my favorite purchase of 2020. It is so well designed, easy to put together, the height is perfect for washing your dog and the water splashes stay inside with the nice high stainless steel sealed bottom walls. Also, the sprayer has real power so getting the soap off the dog is so easy, yet the sprayer isnt too hard that it hurts. Absolutely great. Also, one of the plastic connectors got broken and I lost the directions, when I called the company that sells it through Amazon, they were so helpful and got everything to me instantly. I never do reveiws, but I had to take time out to rave about this one! Highly recommend.

I bought this to use for my two standard poodles. They are both about 22 inches at the shoulder and weigh about 40 pounds. The tub has plenty of room for a dog this size. When it first arrived I was concerned about the sprayer. It looked like a sink dish sprayer and I was concerned there would not be enough water flow to wet down and rinse the heavy poodle coat, but the spray comes out with some force and does an even better job than the hand held shower in our bathtub did. I am shorter than average (4' 10") so we cut about 6 inches off the legs to make it more user friendly for me. My one complaint would be the faucet shower that comes with it. One must depress the handle for water flow and it must be held down the entire time. Letting up on the handle shuts off the flow. It can become a bit uncomfortable for arthritic hands. So far - it is not enough of a problem for me to look for an optional shower head, but is something one with compromised hand strength may need to think about. Over all - this is a HUGE improvement over kneeling at the side of the bathtub for dog bathing. It was easy to assemble - but connecting to the plumbing was a challenge since the drain in the tub did not line up with the drain in the sink and given the installation area moving either of them wasn't an option. Problem was solved by purchasing a flexible drain and a couple conversion connectors for the water shutoffs.

It's a lot of money and we had a lot of hesitation. We were particularly worried about damage in transit. The Amazon A-to-Z Guarantee gave us the security we needed - we knew Amazon would have our back in dealing with this third party seller (if need be).As it turns out the tub is well, well packed. The carton even had plywood top and bottom to keep it from getting crushed from the sides.The tub itself is well designed and well made - just what we wanted and just what we expected. All the parts/plumbing appear to be high quality and they all work well.Two notes about putting it together:1) Getting the stand "square" was the hardest part. We ended up (ignoring the instructions) turning the tub upside down on a blanket (before the splash guards are attached) and using it to help build the stand. Before putting the feet on the legs, put two legs in the tub holes and connect them with the cross braces. That gives you one square side. Build the rest from there. Don't "really" tighten the hardware until it's all done.2) We decided not to cut the legs to make the stand a little shorter but in our non-engineer opinions it could be done (if you've got the right tools and know-how). If you're a short person, and one of us is, just know it's a possibility. Keep in mind that if you're putting a drain trap (not included) you need to be careful not to make the tub too low.

product is easy to assemble.Stainless steel sink may be too thin, my dogs only weight 15 LB, sink make noise when dog moving.The sink is too shallow, water is easy to splash out form front side.include a Green Rubber Mat which is bad design for draining the dirty water because it will block the water drain.If Amazon can have some one to pick it up, I rather to return the product.

Yes, great size for residential use, as it’s compact. Great height for tall folks! Great water pressure from sprayer. No...inexcusably awful assembly instructions. Beware of plastic/composite fittings (company was excellent in replacement of defective part). Would love to see an option to purchase plumbing assembly parts, another sprayer, and better instructions. Company has outstanding customer service! Easily bathe smaller dogs (Westies, Dachshund, Mini Aussie, etc). Seems like it can hold heavier dogs, but it would be a tight fit for my Border Collie, so not going to use it for him.

I have been a groomer for over 30 years and this has been a bucket list item to own a nice stainless tub. Love this product. I’m a hurricane Harvey victim and the remodel we bought this tub. It was intalled 4 weeks ago. I’ve washed over 300 dogs in it. I’m almost 50 years old and this tub has shortened my bathing and drying time. The height was perfect for me, I’m 5”3’ And the lifting and bending has been cut down. It replaced my cast iron tub that sat on a pedestal. I’m a small dog only groomer. Largest dog is a labradoodle who is the size of a lab but doesn’t weigh a lot. She fit in the tub perfectly and was comfortable.1. Sprayer and faucet are wonderful.2. It did not have any leaks3. Legs are easy to put on if you do them before splash shields.4. Hardest part was the drain. Product comes with drain hose. Cut drain hose to fit tight without slack from tub drain to plastic floor /wall drain. DO NOT use hose clamps. The product doesn’t come with them and for good reason. Plumbers putty around top and bottom drains and let harden. The design will not leak.5.The instructions could be much better. This is the only complaint.6. Plastic flooring was one piece. It actually catches the loose dog hair. This tub came with drain trap.
