Great sound quality for listening to music. Also good battery life. Comfortable to wear. Where they fall short for me is call quality. I can't hear the caller as well as with other earphones, and the microphone quality is fuzzy, callers often ask me to repeat myself. The charging port is also very sensitive, they need to be at a specific angle to charge. In my opinion, not acceptable for the price.Contacted the seller, was informed that I cannot return without the box, and because the issues aren't a manufacturing fault, they did not offer a solution.

Lamentablemente he tenido una gran mala experiencia sobre este producto, a los dos días de haberlo usado como si nada dio una falla de audio sin responder a las sincronizasion con el móvil, he reclamado el reembolso del producto remiendo respuesta a lo inmediato y fue rechazada por el simple hecho de no haber guardado la caja donde venía el producto... he sido consumidor de samsung por años y hasta hoy me da problemas un dispositivo y me da pesar que he perdido 103 autos por unos auriculares que no me sirvieron para nada.

Kann natürlich sein das es nur bei mir so ist aber ich habe sie vor ca 5-6 Monaten gekauft und vielleicht 10 mal benutzt und auf einmal hören sie auf zum spielen (Akku war voll) und bekomme sie nicht mehr an ich, weiß es nicht was ich falsch gemacht habe. Sonst sind sie nicht so schlecht.

Leider absolut indiskutabel. Sound unterirdisch. Ohrstöpsel mindere Qualität. Ich bin sonst bekennender AKG Fan, sber aber dieses Produkt ist keine 10 Euro wert.Absolute Kaufwarnung!
