I LOVE this! My old soap dispenser used to leak at the refill top section, which was incredible frustrating. I've had this product since mid August, it's Nov 10th now, and there hasn't been a problem. On the plus side, it's beautiful.

Very pretty, but hard to keep clean. The connection to the spout is not sufficient/closed, it leaks out onto the silver screw-on top constantly. I use it for soap, not lotion btw.
