The media could not be loaded.  Easy replacement, 2002 GMC sierra.The open end of the ring with the prongs goes at the top.Fit the bottom in first then 1 side and the other side of the open ring goes under the other side.Fit the prong ring in the notches with prongs towards the front of the vehicle.Fit the connector tube in and give it a hit to lock it in place. You can use a wood board and hammer to knock it in also.Step back and admire your work! ❤️

Excellent price and works perfectly.Take the open ring first and install it in the opening from the inside of the bumper clipping the clips over the bumper. The open part should be at the top. Next take the closed ring and put it in the first ring (also from the inside of the bumper). It won't just slide in. Put the top edge most of the way in, with the bottom edge sticking out. Next take a flat-blade screwdriver and put it in the bottom edge of the ring between the teeth and the edge. Tap it in with the mallet. Slide the tube into place and tap the tube all the way in with the rubber mallet. All done in 10-15mins

It took me all of 3 mins to install this piece. I read all the negative reviews and still purchased because I'm very mechanically inclined. I recently had my truck bed off and installed a new bumper. Having the bed off made this all the more easier. But if I had to do like most people, it probably would have taken about 10 mins to install(but we'll never know for sure). Since truck bed was not on, I had a vantage of access to put pressure on the clip to make it snap together that most do not. It honestly did take quite a bit if forced to make this go together. I would not want to try it with the truck bed on.

Very tight fit, retaining ring needed a little help seating with a dead blow, and a bit of finagling the tube in place... If it's your first one, expect 30-60 minutes to install while figuring it out..

Lil tricky to install, make sure you line it up to the top of opening in bumper with the ends of the of the clasp.

What can I say - these are the exact replacement . Tricky for me to figure out how to put on since no directions. Guess they figured everyone would know how. The ring goes on first and then get the teeth part down and gripped.

Perfect fit but kinda of hard to get in. It fits exactly right.

This was easy to install and works like the oem did.
