Happy we got it
When we first opened it it felt cheap, the plastic seem thin. Glad we did not return it! It's flexible, my 5 yo granddaughter who has low muscle tone loves it. My 2 yo able-bodied granddaughter enjoys her turn in it too. Thanks for providing the thrills of a swing at price we can afford. She just loves it, every single day.

Seat is very narrow but secure and works well for kids with hypotonia
Our son has a genetic disorder and part of his disorder is hypotonia, so we needed something supportive. This swing definitely does the job. My only complaints are that the swing is pretty narrow so my son’s arms look a little awkward but he doesn’t seem to be bothered by it and the strap design isn’t the greatest but as long as you tighten the straps so they sit correctly they are fine and are secure.

Keep your packing material!
I measured the seat sizes and read all the reviews before buying. I thought the small would be most appropriate for my 45” tall, 45lb son. He has epilepsy so he cannot swing in a traditional swing. It seemed this was a perfect solution. When the seat arrived, it was too small for him; the seat back was 4 inches too short (hits at base of skull) and the seat bottom was about 3 inches too shallow for him (hits at gluteal fold). I contacted the company and was “approved” for a return, but had to pay return shipping and send it back in the original packaging or I would be charged a 50% retail price restocking fee. This was not an option, as the original box was destroyed during shipping TO my house. It looks like I spent $100 on a swing I cannot use.

Sturdy!
I bought it for my 1st grader, and my thin 18 year old fit in it. I was able to buckle my 1st grader, but not my 18 year old. I expected it to be bigger, but my kiddos fit. (My kids are small though.) I worry that a more heavy set child may not fit. I need to adjust the seat every now and then as it is not locked in place on the yellow rope, but it only takes a second to adjust before my child sits on it. I had to buy extra rope because my tree was rather big and I wanted my kiddo to be able to hop on by herself. She loves it.

Very satisfied
I'm extremely happy with my purchase of this swing. My granddaughter has cerebral palsy so her sources of entertainment are somewhat limited. I shopped around for this for a while, I found that it's cost comparable with the special aid products but with amazon prime, my shipping was free and FAST!

Quality does not equal price!
The material used for this swing is flimsy. My husband compared it to the thickness of a gallon of milk. We returned to the seller but are still waiting on a refund. I do not recommend this product for the price.
