BranditMen's Cargo Shorts

Nice pair of shorts. Proper 3/4 length, well below the knee almost like trousers. Which is what i wanted. Good quality.I've seen a lot of comments about the sizing of these shorts. I'm 36 waist (UK) and bought XL. Fits great. Loads of pockets. Ideally could have done with a fastener on the two top pockets, bit pricey but overall happy with the purchase

I normally buy a medium/large (34" waist size), but when I ordered these it said based on my past orders it recommended size XL, I thought maybe they were a "small" XL. I know in tops, depending on the make, I can be a L, XL or sometimes a XXL. So I ordered the XL, they arrived quickly, they're lightweight and cool (as in temp) to wear. However they were too big. With out putting a belt on they would just fall down. So I returned them for a size L. When these arrived I tried them on and the size L fitted me better in the waist, still a little loose, but at least they wouldn't fall down. Overall they are good, but for my own personal liking they are a little too baggy in the legs, hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

I saw these originally on an online 'military surplus' store and had read good reviews. I thought I'd search for the brand on Amazon and was glad I did as they were almost half the price. These pants are lightweight, but of a quality material and the seams are robust, so there's no danger of sitting down and hearing an embarrassing rip. Two generous side pockets on the thighs, two back pockets, all with poppers along with regular side pockets. I'm a 34 waist (although I've put a bit of timber on at the moment) and reading other reviews on sizing I opted for large. Perfect fit, super comfy and the dark urban cammo looks really cool. So impressed, I'm going to buy another pair in different colour.

I bought a pair of these several years back for my hubby and he absolutely wore them to death. They were excellent in every way BUT when I re ordered him a pair from the same listing what we received was just rubbish. Thin fabric rather than the thick cotton type fabric, cheap fastening and zips, smaller size just typical chine rubbish. The original pair which he's had a few years are in better condition then this new pair which he's worn for a few months. Main zip had broken, pocket burst and a hem has come undone. Waste of money.

Amazon told me "S will fit you best based on data from customers who buy the same sizes as you." I bought a M size which is my norm but they were too tight around the waist so I had to return them. I could have ordered a L size replacement but I wasn't impressed by the quality. The material felt very thin and easily tearable. Not good value at all for the price.
