What a wonderful new experience for me to have discovered this product. I read a recipe for Lamb Shanks, slowly braised with this yummy liquid and was introduced to a brand new flavor-treat.

We use it for a reduction sauce with soy and siracha on top of deep fried Brussels sprouts.... amazing.Slightly sweeter than basalmic but great with there bitterness of the sprouts

Saba had a hint of a molasses taste. It was great on the ham I baked for Thanksgiving. I had to use the entire bottle for my recipe and it's expensive so this can get pricey if used often.
