These are smaller than I expected but I’m in love with them! They’re so comfortable and pretty easy to put in. The screw is tiny which makes it a little challenging but it’s worth a couple extra minutes to get them in

I’m happy with these & I’m a person who has always had a reaction to anything other than gold. I have 3 holes in each lobe, no funky “alternative” piercings, just the standard 20/18 gauge... but the last 2 pairs of holes have shrunk from not wearing earrings much through covid. I bought a threader/stretcher needle to open them back up & put these 16 gauges in, hoping they wont shrink as much in the future. I’ve been sleeping & showering with them a few weeks & they havent faded or caused any reaction, which is a nice surprise for me. Its important to note that these are truly 16 GAUGE, they screwed onto the 16G end of the threader perfectly. I see some reviews complaining they’re too thick, pay attention, there’s a “16G” in the title for a reason lol.A note about understanding gauges: The typical standard/basic piercing is usually a 20 or 18 gauge, even for kids... and the smaller the gauge, the larger the hole. Gauge size is actually used to describe wire. When manufacturing wire, they “pull” the wire to stretch it thin, the more pulls, the higher the gauge number, the thinner the wire. An 18 gauge wire fits an 18 gauge hole. So, these 16g earrings are slightly wider than an 18g hole. If you’ve never stretched your standard hole, either with a stretcher, or by wearing lots of heavy dangly earrings, then these might not fit.

Kinda hard to put in, but that’s normal for a Medusa piercing. Once I got it in they didn’t fall out easily and looked very cute! The length is perfect.

Spent an hour trying to thread the top onto the post in my conch piercing. After about 750,000 tries I was unsuccessful. Too bad because they were the perfect length and very pretty. Now my ear is angry. Wish I could return. Junk. Give me externally these jewelry any day.

These were great at first, but as I’ve worn them, they’ve really irritated my ears, resulting in a small rash and a minor infection.
